Scholarship Program

Leyla Fatima, Radio Host of Parenting The Addict Child is collecting scholarship funds for adolescents and young adults with addiction and behavioral issues. Here at PTAC we clearly recognize the opportunity to build young people's lives as opposed to the alternative path many find themselves on when living with addiction. The societal burden facing us today with many incarcerated in addition to the tragic loss of life, leaving our communities across the nation attempting to repair broken adults. Parenting The Addict Child (PTAC) is partnering with the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence-OC (NCADD-OC) to administer the money raised for treatment scholarships, made payable directly to the appropriate treatment facilities. Therefore NCADD-OC will operate as the "Fiscal Administrator" to PTAC.
